Return Policy

After reading our policies below please send all inquiries to support@rootsandskyclothing.com with your Order# in the subject line.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5­-8 business days Canada: 6­-12 business days World: 10­-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Damaged Items:

Yikes! Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to be refunded or exchanged. Please send photos of the damage and of the packing slip to support@rootsandskyclothing.com

Wrong Size:

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us first at support@rootsandskyclothing.com and we'll let you know what options are available to you. 

Unfortunately as a print on demand company we can not refund or return orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges. As we grow we hope to be more flexible with this. Keep in mind that different brands manufacture their products using different sizing than others. Please refer to the size guide for each product as well as company recommendations before purchasing.

Never received: 

For any packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of expected delivery date. support@rootsandskyclothing.com Any error on our part will be covered at our expense. If the address was entered incorrectly, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

Wrong Address:

Sometimes addresses are entered incorrectly. Please be extra careful with Apt. #'s and zip codes. If the item is not lost and returned to our printer it can be reshipped for an additional shipping cost. Please provide the correct address at support@rootsandskyclothing and we will arrange it immediately.

Lost in Transit:

If you package is lost in transit please confirm your address at support@rootsandskyclothing.com and we will investigate immediately.

Unclaimed Package:

In the event your package is delivered to a Post Office or different pickup location and not claimed by you it will likely be returned to our printer. If you provide the correct or new shipping address to us at support@rootsandskyclothing.com it can be reshipped for an additional shipping cost.
